BWE Training Schedule

Week One

45mins - Conditioning Bumps (front, back, flip & rope) onto crash mat.

45mins - Spotwork.

30mins - Clotheslines (Timing, accuracy, power & bumping).                                                                              Close with a discussion.

Week Two

1 Hour - Bumps (front, back, flip, side & bumps for different sells).

45mins - Chain Wrestling.

15mins - 2-on-2 tag match (sean to ref, other trainees to watch).

Close with discussion (focussing on feedback from tag match).

Week Three

30mins - Conditioning bumps.

1 Hour - Individual spots/Spot communication and understanding (For new trainees and anyone not involved in individual spotwork).

30mins - Bodyslams, Firemans carry & Schoolboys.

Close with discussion.

Week Four

45mins - Chain wrestling with bumps incorporated.

45mins - Striking: punches, forearm strikes, knee jabs and kicks (working a striking style to suit a gimmick)

30mins - Striking tag match with selling (involving everyone each person in for 60 second maximum).

Close with discussion.

Week Five

30mins - Bumps (front, back & flip).                                30mins - Leg & elbow drops.                                               30mins - Spotwork.                                                          30mins - Advanced move training (finishers and signature moves).

Close with discussion.
